We are antiques dealers ONLY and do not sell lenses. If you are in need of lenses fitted to the frames you purchase, we can refer you to your nearest optician.

Business Hours

Eyeglasses Warehouse is open 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. seven days a week. We do not have a fax number.

Payment/Shipping Policies

All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped.

Eyeglasses Warehouse ships via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. Eyeglasses Warehouse assumes no responsibility for items lost in the mail. Shipping costs may increase if shipping internationally. FedEx or UPS can be used at the buyer’s discretion and expense. If an item is damaged during shipping, seller will not be held responsible.

Refund/Return Policy
We honor a 20 day, no questions asked return policy for all products listed in our online catalog to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please read the terms and conditions of this policy carefully.
The 20-Day return: Merchandise ordered from our website may be returned in its original condition within 20 days of the initial ship date for a full refund or exchange. The initial ship date is the date your package left our warehouse and is printed on the receipt that was included in your package. Providing the returned merchandise has not been damaged or altered, we will process a credit or exchange for the returned item.

Please include a copy of your receipt with your return or exchange. Packages received without a copy of the original receipt may not be eligible for a refund. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
After 20 Days: In the event a merchandise return is received after 20 days from the ship date, we reserve the right to apply a re-stocking fee of 20%. We accept returns for partial credit if they are received up to 60 days after the initial ship date. 

Items received more than 60 days from the initial ship date will be assessed a 50% re-stocking fee. 

Please package your return carefully! Any merchandise that is incomplete or damaged in return shipment is not eligible for refund.
If you would like to exchange your item for another one, please call us or e-mail us before sending your return so that we may put the exchange item on hold. Failure to call to place an item on hold may result in unavailability of that item.

Clearance and Stage Use frames are NOT eligible for a refund.


An item may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment.
